- December 8, 2025 (or once credentialed)
- Days: Monday-Friday
- Hours (flexible): Choose from 7:00-4:00, 7:30-4:30, 8:00-5:00, or 8:30-5:30
- Minimum Commitment: 1 week per month (M-F)
- Call: None
- General CT (including unenhanced head & C-spine, level II trauma)
- Ultrasound (including 1st trimester OB)
- X-ray
- Abdominal MRI
- Fluoroscopy exams
- Any subspecialty fellowship training
- Mammography
- Neuro subspecialty (MRI/spine/stroke)
- Nuclear medicine
- MSK MRI (unless fellowship-trained)
- Not required, but preferred if candidate can perform:
- Basic CT/US-guided procedures: abscess drainages, biopsies, chest tubes, thyroid FNA
- Fluoroscopy helpful (an RRA typically handles this at Fairview)
- Procedure Volume: 1-7 per day (varies, excludes fluoro)
- Radiologists performing procedures are expected to read between procedures
- Mix: Inpatient, outpatient, occasional STAT
- Reading Workflow: Old-to-new (to prevent cherry-picking)
- Typical Volume: 60-100 cases/day
- Aim for 50% cross-sectional imaging
- If doing procedures, reading expectations adjust accordingly
- PACS: AGFA EI
- Voice Recognition: Powerscribe 360
- EMR: EPIC (preferred experience)
- Board Certification: Required in Radiology
- License: Active Ohio Medical License
- Certifications:
- BLS - Required
- ACLS - Required
- DEA - Required
- CSR (Ohio Controlled Substance Registration) - Required
- Experience: Minimum 2 years
- Charting Experience: EPIC preferred
