JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Active Pennsylvania license required
• Board: Board Certified in Gastroenterology
• DEA: Required (Pennsylvania)
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS
• Experience: Preferred prior Epic EMR use
• Other Qualifications: Clean malpractice history, background checks required
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide 24-hour call coverage including inpatient, outpatient, and clinic care
• Perform standard gastroenterology procedures in hospital and ambulatory settings
• Conduct inpatient consults, rounding, and follow-up visits
• See outpatients in the office and provide continuity of care
• Document all procedures and patient encounters accurately in Epic EMR
