- Varied shifts including 7 am - 7 pm, 7 pm - 7 am, and 12 pm - 12 am
- Average total census of 20 patients
- Urgent care setting with emergency department
- Specialty consults available general surgery, orthopedics, cardiology
- Air and ground medical transport support available
- Required skills: suturing, splinting, burn care, I&D, foreign body removal
- No ICU or critical care duties
- Provider responsible for code response
