The salary range for this position is $79,900 - 99,900 per year based on a San Francisco location. Offered salary is dependent upon experience and location. Position Summary The Associate Manager, Influencer Marketing, will lead the development and execution of influencer marketing plans for Fenty Beauty, Fenty Skin, and Fenty Hair. Responsibilities include coordinating influencer and artistry outreach activities, personalized gifting, event planning, partnerships and networking. The incumbent is outgoing with exceptional interpersonal skills, able to identify industry trends and build strong relationships. They will be a strong communicator, balancing priorities and requests from multiple brands. This role requires experience in the beauty industry and in influencer marketing. Work alongside the Marketing team to develop and execute influencer marketing plans Cultivate meaningful and relevant relationships with key influencers across multiple social platforms Manage ongoing gifting efforts for influencers, celebrities, tastemakers, and creators Recommend social content marketing plans to be executed in partnership with influencers Partner with a cross-functional team to nurture relationships with TikTok Shop creators Assist the influencer marketing team in other areas as needed Ideate and oversee the execution of influencer mailers alongside shipping lists Requirements
3+ years of experience in social media, event planning, and influencer marketing College degree or equivalent experience related to Marketing/PR/Events Passion for beauty/cosmetics; experience in the industry is a plus Experience with TikTok Shop is a plus Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Superior written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple programs in a deadline-intensive environment
