Produce design artifacts such as program specifications and test plans; independently develop and review code; contribute to go-live activities. Create innovative, high-quality, and user-centered design solutions to meet business needs. Required Qualifications
Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Boston, MA or Princeton, NJ or be willing to relocate to the area. Travel to project locations may be required. Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution; or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education. At least 4 years of experience in Information Technology. At least 4 years of experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Suite. Authorization to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship is welcome to apply; Infosys cannot provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time. Preferred Qualifications
Strong portfolio of design projects with understanding of storage use cases; ability to design for storage domain. Ability to solve UX problems (usability, findability), and communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers. Participate in daily planning, work with design, engineering, and project management in an agile fashion; diagnose issues, report bugs, track features, user stories, and defects. Experience producing low/high-fidelity wireframes and clickable prototypes; proficiency with design tools (Adobe Suite, Figma, Sketch, InVision or equivalents). Deliver pixel-perfect low- and high-fidelity mockups. Experience creating personas, storyboards, and empathy maps; creating icons, fonts, posters/flyers, and templates for products/teams/sites. Create rapid prototypes using UI technologies and develop components/modules for design systems. Lead ideation sessions with stakeholders, build personas, user flows, information architecture, and host ideation workshops. Work Environment & Travel The role involves sitting and working at a computer for extended periods. May require travel as per job requirements. Compensation & Benefits Estimated annual compensation range for eligible locations includes Princeton, NJ: $76,071 to $98,893.
