About the Role The Executive Recruiting team partners with Rapid7’s global executives across all disciplines to hire talented and diverse leaders. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you will provide the highest level of recruitment services to senior business leaders and drive end-to-end hiring processes. Responsibilities
Own and drive full-cycle recruiting for Director+ searches globally. Partner with executive-level Hiring Managers to build sourcing and assessment strategies for leadership talent while managing expectations based on pipeline and candidate activity. Lead the hiring process from kickoff conversations, interviews, pre-briefs/debriefs with interview teams, reference checks, to presenting and negotiating offers to close candidates. Create a best-in-class candidate experience through clear and timely communication. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. Collaborate with the Executive Recruiting team to create innovative search strategies focused on diversity and raising the bar with every hire. Work with peers across Talent Acquisition and People Strategy to ensure competencies and behaviors reflected in interviewing and selection processes. Efficiently use the applicant tracking system (Workday) to maintain data integrity and tell the story of the search progress. Adopt a data-driven approach to managing the recruiting desk, using internal data and market insights to enable hiring decisions. Qualifications
5+ years of experience conducting senior leadership searches; experience with an executive search firm is strongly preferred. Background in managing complex searches across all business functions, especially in technology, from kickoff to close. Experience building high-quality and diverse candidate pipelines for full recruitment cycles using creative sourcing and senior leader networks. Strong stakeholder, candidate, and internal peer relationship-building through a results-driven work ethic. Clear, concise communication skills with comfort presenting to and working with senior executives. Positive, solutions-oriented mindset with adaptability and curiosity. Ability to leverage systems and processes to scale operations; highly organized with attention to detail. Analytical and data-driven, comfortable using market insights to drive alignment and strategy.
