passionate and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager
to drive measurable impact across digital channels and elevate brand storytelling. This is a hands-on, hybrid role bridging
strategic creative vision
with
tactical execution
— linking together growth campaigns, product marketing, and sales efforts. You’ll develop campaigns across email, paid digital, and events/trade shows, while optimizing performance and driving ROI. Craft clear, persuasive messaging across ads, email, video, and social. Continuously iterate based on data and feedback. Lead creative direction for digital campaigns (email, video, paid ads) from ideation through production, ensuring brand consistency. Collaborate with content, product, and design teams. Manage creative calendars and workflows to deliver high-quality assets. Establish and track performance metrics (CTR, conversion, engagement, open rates, etc.). Run A/B tests and optimize campaigns for ROI and lead quality. 3–7+ years in creative/marketing roles, including 2–3 years in a managerial capacity. Proven expertise in
copywriting and digital marketing assets
(email, ads, collateral). Strong portfolio showcasing
high-performing email, digital ads, and video content. Analytical mindset with experience measuring performance and iterating based on data. Excellent collaboration, communication, and presentation skills. Bonus:
Experience in B2B SaaS or vertical SaaS. This is a unique opportunity to join
