Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Solution Engineering team supporting the Customer Account Executives within the sales organization. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that is positive, motivating, and performance-driven. Serve as a subject matter expert in supporting the Customer Account team throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring technical alignment with customer needs to help them evolve and expand their use of Ironclad. Work closely with Customer Outcomes leadership to understand business goals and contribute to strategies for establishing and growing customer value realization on the Ironclad platform. Collaborate with peer SETS managers to align on shared strategies, operating models, and career paths for the team. Work with Customer Account Executives (CAEs) and Customer Outcomes leadership to understand evolving needs of existing customers and establish effective technical support for customer expansion initiatives. Empower the team with scalable systems and repeatable processes to increase skills, product knowledge, industry knowledge, and professional habits. Track and report key growth metrics to assess individual and team performance, and develop innovative ways to improve performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align solution engineering efforts with overall business objectives and company priorities. Foster strong collaboration with Product Management, Engineering, and Marketing to drive a unified customer experience. Provide actionable insights to Ironclad’s Product Team to evolve the platform from the customer perspective. Support external and internal education and enablement efforts to scale the organization. Key Skills
1-3 years of experience leading a solution engineering/architecture team in the Enterprise space, preferably in a B2B SaaS setting. Experience hiring, motivating, and developing a team. Proven track record of supporting customer expansion initiatives, including upselling and cross-selling within customer accounts. Strong understanding of Contract Lifecycle Management software, CRM software, Vendor Relationship Management software, Integration software and APIs. Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams and translate technical concepts into business value. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Strong listening skills and ability to understand customers’ needs; able to think creatively to solve challenges and deliver value. Benefits

$240,000.00-$280,000.00 OTE is based at Ironclad’s San Francisco headquarters and depends on factors including proficiency, performance, and location.
