Description As a UX Designer on this team, you will support and work alongside other product designers across the full spectrum of the UX design process from discovery and research to concept development, wireframes, and high-fidelity mocks spanning multiple platforms. In collaboration with business leaders, engineers, product managers, and other UX and visual designers, you will work from defined requirements to pressure test ideas through tactical visual execution. To be successful you must be a critical, inventive thinker with clear design chops, an excitement for understanding and using data, and an ability to communicate your ideas effectively. Being a big music fan would be a big plus. Responsibilities
Leverage templates to create process flows, conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and mockups to effectively communicate high-level design strategies. Quickly iterative on user flows, wireframes, high fidelity mockups, prototypes, and visual design specifications with Design, Product, and Engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership. Incorporate customer feedback, technical constraints, and usability findings into design. Develop and nurture relationships across teams and disciplines to promote collaboration and efficiency. Provide feedback and contribute to a central design system. Be resourceful and creative to overcome obstacles and turn challenges into opportunities. Basic Qualifications
2+ years of design experience Have an available online portfolio Experience with Figma and other prototyping tools Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $72,900/year to $158,100/year. Pay is based on market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
