Responsibilities
Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources Identify and interpret trends and patterns in datasets to inform decision-making Collaborate with clients to tailor analysis or reports to meet specific needs Create Business Requirements Documents, Test Plans, and related documentation Participate in all stages of project development, ensuring the final product meets requirements
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5-7 years of business analysis experience 6+ years of managed care experience Proficiency in relevant concepts, practices, and procedures related to the position Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external customers
Preferred Qualifications
3-5 years of formal training in Project Management Experience working with complex, highly technical teams Familiarity with 834 file processing and health plan enrollment Certification as a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or similar credential
