CAA Brand Consulting is a strategy-led, full-service marketing agency with expertise in Cultural and Consumer Insights, Data and Analytics, Talent/Influencer and Property Partnership Advisory, Experiential, Social Impact, Creative Services, and Content and Digital Strategy. The Role

This individual will work as a Manager of Creator Strategy in the Brand Consulting department, supporting multiple brand accounts. This position focuses on content creator/digital talent partnerships for corporate clients and is most suitable for those with strong experience in the content creator/digital talent space and content strategy. Responsibilities

Act as a strategic expert in integrating athletes and sports influencers into brand campaigns across social and digital platforms. Support end-to-end campaign management, including strategy, identification, vetting, outreach, negotiations, dealmaking, execution, and reporting for talent partnerships with athletes, content creators, and influencers. Understand the sports and digital creator ecosystem to support with strategy, creative ideation, and dealmaking. Brief talent, athletes, and content creators on brand objectives, creative requirements, and content deliverables to ensure alignment with overall campaign strategy. Stay adept at digital and cultural trends to identify rising creators and athletes. Develop case studies and campaign recaps to promote business growth. Budget management, including developing and maintaining internal and client-facing finance trackers and managing payment processes with brands and talent. Requirements

5+ years of experience in content creation, influencer marketing, or athlete marketing. Work experience at a social media company, influencer management agency, digital agency, or performance marketing is a plus. Established relationships with influencer agencies, talent management companies, and sports agencies. Strong understanding of talent/brand partnerships and content creation, including experience on-set during production/content shoots. Passion for sports, entertainment, lifestyle, and pop culture, with the ability to translate trends into impactful campaigns. Proficiency across all major social platforms (primarily Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Twitch; X and Snapchat experience is a plus). Experience in using online benchmarking tools to measure performance and optimize campaigns. Collaborative, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, highly organized with superior attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex projects. Preferred Skills

Bachelor's degree in Arts, Business, Marketing, or equivalent experience preferred. Location

The Brand Consulting department offers a flexible work schedule and requires three days per week on-site at our New York office. Compensation

The annual base salary for this position is in the range of $91,000 - $115,000. This position is also eligible for benefits and a discretionary bonus. Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
