Showing Agent
to support sales goals through effective sales techniques and quality customer service. Goals:
Create/Convert/Close, 20 approved buyers working at all times; 50 showings per week to fully qualified buyers; average 5 homes shown before writing an offer. The bottom line is we have the clients! Quickly and professionally return buyer clients calls, texts, and emails to ensure outstanding customer service. Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients and listing agents in a timely fashion. Research information about potential properties, communities, schools, and amenities to answer client questions. Help clients determine the best offer price and assist through closing to ensure a pleasant and fair transaction for all parties involved. Find homes that meet buyer clients criteria and budget to generate sales faster. Qualifications
Must have or be willing to obtain a Real Estate License. Self-motivated and able to perform tasks independently. Present yourself in a professional manner. Ability to spend significant time driving. Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly. Compensation
