College co-ops will be assigned to an IT team based on availability of opportunities and the matching of skills and career interest. Specific responsibilities will be discussed with candidates selected for an interview. Examples of IT teams include: Software Engineering

(RAISE) Revenue Technology & Data Analytics Business Transformation Program Structure

This is a two-semester alternating Co-Op program. Students must complete all rotations before graduation: Spring 2026 Fall 2026 Note: Students must not take academic classes during Co-Op semesters. Please confirm with your university and academic advisor that this schedule aligns with your curriculum. Minimum qualifications

Must be able to commit to work full-time, 40 hours per week, for two rotational semesters (work at Delta during Spring 2026 semester (January 12 May 1, 2026), then return to Delta for Fall 2026 semester (August 17 December 11, 2026)). Be willing to work onsite in the Atlanta, GA (ATL) headquarters office. Most teams work a partially onsite / partially remote (hybrid) schedule with management approval. Be an undergraduate college student with a 2.5 GPA or higher and have completed at least 2 years in a college program. Degree emphasis should be in Computer Science, Software Development, Systems/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics/Operations Research, Cyber Security, Business Management or related field. Ideal candidates have strong analytical, leadership, written and verbal communication skills and a good work ethic. Be able to work well with a diverse group of people and consistently make safety and security of self and others a priority. Have an interest in solving complex problems and be willing to invest time and energy to overcome roadblocks. Possess an awareness of cloud technology, Agile methodologies, Software Dev Lifecycles, and/or PC hardware components and maintenance. Be able to conduct yourself in a mature manner and be comfortable working in a business casual work attire environment. Be interested in working for Delta Air Lines after graduation if presented with an opportunity and a full-time job offer. Preferred qualifications

Ability to code, familiarity with the structure of development teams/squads, sprints, taking stories off backlogs, etc. Some positions require familiarity with Python, AWS, and some understanding of Information Security. Ability to digest large amounts of data and explain what can be learned to support decision making. Desire to learn leadership techniques and best practices in problem solving and conflict resolution to enable innovation and progress on difficult challenges faced by customers. Have a passion for working on technologies such as Mobile apps, Enterprise Web apps, APIs, Messaging, Databases, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence. Additional Best Practices

On the Information Security team, the co-op will contribute by working on bug fixes in the CDART product, adding new functionality to the CDART core engine and to the CDART user interface. The co-op may add new functionality to control connectors within CDART to test for security effectiveness, view serverless vulnerabilities in Wiz that are associated to Cloud Security Engineering products, identify the appropriate fix for each vulnerability, update dependencies to remediate vulnerabilities and deploy the remediated code to production.
