Talent Sourcer, youll be at the forefront of that mission identifying, engaging, and building pipelines of exceptional candidates for some of the most impactful technical roles in the market. The Role

This is more than just sourcing, its about being a strategic sourcing partner to both recruiters and account managers, crafting creative approaches to connect top talent with our clients. Youll work across engineering, AI/ML, product, and GTM positions, supporting multiple high-priority searches in competitive markets. Youll bring your sourcing expertise, storytelling ability, and market knowledge to fuel our clients growth while delivering an outstanding candidate experience. What Youll Do

Be a Talent Strategist Partner with recruiters and account managers to understand role needs and craft targeted sourcing strategies.

Discover Top Talent Use LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, Google X ray searches, and your network to identify and engage Top 5% talent.

Tell the Story Craft thoughtful, personalized outreach that conveys the mission, culture, and opportunity of each client.

Build for Now & Later Develop pipelines of passive talent for immediate openings and future roles.

Share Market Insights Provide data and feedback to help refine profiles and hiring strategies in real-time.

Measure & Improve Track sourcing metrics, assess funnel health, and optimize your approach based on data.

Champion Candidate Experience Ensure every candidate interaction reflects RFSs high standards of professionalism and care.

Optimize Data & Tools Maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date candidate and pipeline records in our ATS and sourcing systems.

What Youll Bring

3-6 years of technical sourcing experience, ideally for U.S. startups or high-growth tech companies.

Proven track record filling engineering, machine learning, and product roles in competitive markets.

Expertise in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, boolean search, Google X-Ray Search, GitHub, Stack overflow, or any other niche platforms).

Experience with diversity sourcing and building inclusive pipelines.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, you can create outreach that gets replies.

Ability to assess candidates for engineering, AI/ML, product, and GTM roles.

Data-driven mindset, using metrics to refine sourcing strategies.

Adding, Maintain clean, accurate candidate and pipeline data in the ATS (RecruiterFlow).

Track outreach, response rates, and pipeline.

Collaborative approach and adaptability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Compensation & Benefits

Base: Max $1200 per month (based on experience & location)

Uncapped commission on placements

Paid leave and performance-based bonuses

100% remote in the APAC region
