English as a Second Language classes on campus
Responsibilities include the collection, washing and storage of all soiled equipment, china, glass, and silver throughout the food and beverage operation. Maintain the overall cleanliness of the kitchen, including floors, walls, trash areas and walk in coolers. Keep dish area clean and organized. Empty trash at the end of the shift. Prep work including vegetable preparation for daily service and other basic prep as assigned by the Executive Chef and Sous Chef. Other tasks as assigned.
Required Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Skills: Ability to follow instructions. Must be able to read, write and speak English. Ability to work flexible hours. Weekends & holidays are required
