Position Specific Description We are seeking a detail-oriented SAP Business Analyst intern responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes and practices to align with our technology solutions on the SAP platform. This role involves collaboration with business finance teams to assess business situations, understand demands, and translate these into actionable business requirements. You will create a range of outputs, including business cases, technical requirements, and functional specifications and test plans. This position is pivotal in supporting our business initiatives and ensuring solutions meet customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and optimize business processes through SAP platform solutions, enhancing business efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate across functional teams to gather and decipher business requirements for SAP implementations.
Translate business requirements into comprehensive technical and functional documentation.
Develop and execute test plans and scenarios to ensure solution alignment with business expectations.
Provide ongoing support and expertise to both business and IT counterparts, ensuring seamless communication and solution delivery.
Required Skills: Fundamental understanding of financial concepts and terminologies; ability to apply them within a business context
Ability to collaborate effectively with Programmer/Analysts and finance teams
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities within a business or IT environment
Ability to devise or modify procedures to tackle routine problem-solving scenarios
Strong interpersonal skills with high integrity and a commitment to maintaining a strong work ethic
Flexibility to perform additional job-related duties as assigned
Preferred Skills: Familiarity with SAP, including data modeling, report and template development, scripting, and data transformations
Strong organizational skills and a strategic mindset focused on SAP and financial planning
Job Overview To be considered for an internship, you must be actively enrolled at a college or university as a full-time student seeking a bachelor's degree or higher. You must also have a current cumulative GPA of 3.00 or higher (on a 0.00 to 4.00 scale). Job Duties & Responsibilities Assists department with assigned projects
Completes challenging projects and assignments
Presents final project to senior leadership at the end of the internship
Assumes responsibility for own travel, lodging, and transportation necessary to be available for the program
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications High school grad / GED
Maintain active enrollment in a Bachelor or higher degree program
Maintain cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
