Drive category performance through strategic planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Contribute to sales, margin, and market share growth via merchandising and promotional strategies & execution. Responsibilities
Execute promotional strategies; track performance and conduct post-analysis Analyze data to inform category plans including optimal SKU mix, loyalty programs, and promotional strategies Collaborate with Inventory, Pricing, Store Brands, Store Design, Marketing, and Store Ops Analyze sales records and inventory levels of current stock Manage supplier relationships; align on forecasts and negotiate funding Research customer product preferences, supplier prices, and competitive landscape Support planogram creation in Stibo; ensure SKU setup and image submission Partner with store designers and inventory teams on planogram tracks Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree 2-3 years of experience in a retail organization in an analytical, merchandising, or buying role Demonstrated initiative and enthusiasm for owning end-to-end promotional strategy and execution Proficiency in retail math concepts and their application Technical experience with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Think Cell) Willingness to travel 5-10% Preferred Qualifications
Experience in promotional strategy and some supplier negotiations Strong cross-functional collaboration and reporting skills Familiarity with merchandising analytics and tools Education

Full time Pay Range
The typical pay range for this role is: $46,988.00 - $112,200.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Benefits
