The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills: Input incoming suppliers request for information [SRI]. Maintain and update each supplier request as it moves through the process Collect, clean, manage and analyze data from various sources Ensure accuracy and identify trends to inform business decisions Data input and validation, data maintenance and database upkeep Collaboration with cross-functional teams Update applicable tracking sheets What You Will Bring: HS Diploma/GED with 2+ years in database coordination/B2B customer service Attention to detail Must understand process flow MS Excel skills including sorting, formulas, vLookups etc. Adapt and support process improvement efforts Maintain professionalism with customers, suppliers, and team members Pay Range: $24.24/hr $31.25/hr Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan. This position is classified as Remote within the United States. Candidates must be located within USA. Travel requirements: Due to the nature of the work, less than 5% travel is required.
