Job Summary
Hive Group is seeking a technical consultant to provide technical support to our Federal government customers. This individual will work directly with clients to understand key elements of client business processes and then work onsite to implement and operate software products and service offerings by performing key tasks. They will thrive on their personal and direct contributions that help our clients achieve substantial benefits from our suite of software products.
Key Responsibilities
Guide governance structure and processes, communications strategies and execution, and outreach to stakeholders
Direct communications strategy
Support functional requirements gathering and provide input to design
Participate in configuration workshops and provide input to existing configuration management process
Complete and maintain configuration
Develop test scripts
Execute build and regression testing and user acceptance testing
Conduct troubleshooting, issue identification, and resolution
Provide functional support for deployment activities
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree
Minimum of 2 years experience in the development of change management and BPR strategies, with emphasis on end user adoption of the implemented COTS OEM tool
Knowledge of/experience using the A+ADKAR Framework for change management
Experience producing communications materials for IT systems
Experience developing communications plans, briefings, and other communications vehicles using outlines and resource material provided by functional analysts and technical development personnel
Experience in preparing for and conducting internal and stakeholder test events
Experience in configuration management
Experience with developing and/or reviewing functional system documentation, to include requirements, design, and training documents
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite desktop applications, specifically MS Word and MS PowerPoint
Physical Requirements:
Qualified candidates will need to be able to commute to and move/traverse throughout the work facility.
