Job Description Position:
Mental Health Clinician (LCPC, LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to organizations and their employees through assessment, consultation, education, and triage services.
Use knowledge of federal regulations to assist organizations in handling employee concerns and problems appropriately.
Consult with employees on workplace and work-based issues.
Provide clinical expertise to help employees with diminished performance restore to healthy functioning.
Conduct behavioral health assessments and provide expert consultation to employees and supervisors.
Refer employees to community resources as appropriate.
Participate in activities to improve performance and support team efforts.
Assist in identifying and addressing operational problems or inefficiencies.
Qualifications Essential Functions:
Provide employee consultation related to personal problems and concerns, including crisis assessment and intervention.
Complete clinical and administrative documentation clearly and concisely.
Manage caseload and tasks to meet performance expectations.
Support team members and participate in team activities.
Demonstrate flexibility in job duties and schedule.
Identify and report operational issues for continuous improvement.
Additional Information Shift Hours: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
