Receives, inspects, and delivers incoming materials, supplies, and equipment to the warehouse or designated departments. Maintains inventory records and replenishes supply exchange carts based on established quota profiles. Monitors par levels on nursing units and collaborates with nurse managers and warehouse leadership to recommend and implement adjustments. Assists in preparing spreadsheets to support and document supply-level changes.

Responsibilities

Receives, unloads, and stocks incoming materials using hand trucks, forklifts, or power trucks as needed. Verifies shipments against purchase orders, reports discrepancies or damages, and enters data into the PeopleSoft Inventory System. Completes return documentation as required. Replenishes and delivers floor carts daily based on established quotas, maintaining cleanliness and proper inventory levels using handheld scanning devices. Delivers supplies throughout the Medical Center, including stocking nursing stations and obtaining signatures for accepted items. Acts as a liaison between nursing and materials management to recommend improvements to supply processes and cart setup. Maintains AT-Par labeling on units and in the warehouse and prepares related documentation and spreadsheets for par-level adjustments and supply chain meetings. Maintains compliance with departmental policies, quality assurance standards, and safety, environmental, and infection control procedures. Remains flexible to perform in any supply chain capacity and assists in identifying and resolving operational issues. Qualifications

Must have minimum of an Associates degree as required 2 years of warehouse experience preferred Must pass alphanumeric skills test. Must pass basic math skills test. Data entry skills required Must pass Microsoft excel and word competency test. Good oral communication skills. Speaks, reads and writes English to the extent required by the position; knowledge of a second language preferred.
