Regional Aftermarket Manager For The Southeast Region
As the Regional Aftermarket Manager for the Southeast region, you will help bring the magic of Seakeeper Ride to current boat owners! You and your team will continue building a world-class dealer network and manage the customer experience from beginning to end. You will be responsible for all Aftermarket activity in your territory including the following: Growing, leading, developing, and mentoring a team of Aftermarket Sales Representatives Maintaining and promoting world-class customer experience for your region Developing business with existing and new accounts Increasing sales and Seakeeper Ride brand awareness Driving Seakeeper Ride refit growth with our dealer network by signing up new dealers and educating, training, and supporting them throughout the aftermarket process Improving operational efficiency and enhancing effectiveness of our dealer network Managing territory leads and escalating customer service cases via NetSuite Supporting the introduction and integration of new products and features Sharing best practices to improve the sales and installation processes of the dealer network Providing support for customer concerns and applying warranty and goodwill policies Creating and attending marketing events to further promote the Seakeeper Ride brand Preparing regional forecasts and business plans to drive the Aftermarket sales strategy Do you have a positive attitude, an eagerness to learn and the ability to hustle in a fast-paced environment? MUST-HAVES 5+ years of marine industry experience Bachelor's degree in business or a related field Previous sales experience in the marine industry or knowledge of marine industry in assigned territory including service outlets, marinas, and high traffic marine locations Ability to motivate your team with superior time management, multitasking, organizational and prioritization skills Strong command of Microsoft Office products NICE-TO-HAVES Marine technical experience MORE DETAILS YOU'LL WANT TO KNOW This is a remote position, but the candidate must be based in southern Florida You can expect to travel up to 50% of the time, mostly within your territory Your territory will include the following: Florida, Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Oklahoma, and Mississippi You will report to the National Aftermarket Manager, also based in FL YOUR TEAM Our Regional Aftermarket Manager - Southeast role lives within our Aftermarket Team, which is a part of our Sales and Service department. Our team structure allows our Sales and Support teams to collaborate and work cohesively to provide the best experience to our Seakeeper Ride Dealer partners and end users.
