Business Development Manager, Staffing - Southeast - Remote

What you'll do: Prospect and develop a pipeline of potential new clients in your local area. Work closely with stakeholders on their hiring forecasts and needs. Move prospective new clients through the sales cycle through negotiation and closing. Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to capitalize on new client prospects. Collaborate with an experienced recruiting team to ensure successful fulfillment of staffing needs. Leverage personal and company networks to establish connections with C-level executives. Attend regular stand-up meetings, demonstrating a collaborative and proactive approach. What you need: 3-15 years of successful business development experience within the professional staffing industry. Strong understanding of the staffing industry, with a focus on contract business. Proven track record of growing accounts from the ground up. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
