Warehouse File Management Assistant
Automation Personnel Services is seeking a highly computer-literate Warehouse File Management Assistant for a leading distribution center currently upgrading to a new Warehouse Management System (WMS). In this role, you will have the opportunity to play a key part in a major technology upgrade, helping to streamline warehouse operations while gaining valuable experience in warehouse management systems and digital inventory processes across multiple distribution centers in the Southeastern United States. Pay Rate: $22.00 per hour Schedule and Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Warehouse File Management Assistant Duties and Responsibilities
Upload approximately 1,600 product/location images into the new BlueYonder Warehouse Management System (WMS) across four different warehouse locations. Use Microsoft Excel for data tracking and verification purposes. Maintain accurate digital file organization and follow naming conventions and upload protocols. Ensure each image is correctly assigned to its corresponding product/location data within the WMS. Maintain strict attention to detail and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines. High School or Equivalent is required. Previous experience working with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS); experience with BlueYonder is highly preferred. Strong computer literacy, including file management, saving, and uploading skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, sorting, filtering). High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision after training. Drug screening and background check is required.
