Serving industries such as energy, power generation, chemical, food and beverage, commercial, rail, and transit, Thermon specializes in flow assurance, process heating, temperature maintenance, freeze protection, and environmental monitoring solutions. **Job Overview:** The Business Development Manager for Commercial Heating Solutions is responsible for driving sales growth, developing leads and opportunities, and specifying Thermon products within the commercial heating markets across the United States. This role focuses on expanding existing solutions and exploring new market opportunities, leading a growing commercial team, and collaborating with internal departments to support quotations, designs, and supply stages. The position reports to the Director of Sales in Houston, Texas, and requires travel. **Key Responsibilities:** Lead sales efforts in the Western Hemisphere. Guide product development, engineering, research, and marketing strategies. Manage budgets, strategic initiatives, and global expansion efforts. Develop and grow engineered and standard heating product sales. Build deep customer relationships and understand their processes and needs. Propose and deliver technical and commercial solutions, presentations, and training. Negotiate contracts, manage pricing and risk, and ensure customer satisfaction. Research industry trends and provide strategic advice to management. **Qualifications:** Business or engineering degree, preferably mechanical or electrical, with certification as an Engineering Technologist. At least 5 years of experience in sales or business development roles, preferably in industrial or railway applications. Willingness to travel up to 50% across the USA. **Additional Information:** Senior-level position, full-time employment.
