This role will drive digital transformation, cloud migration, and modernization of mission-critical workloads in banking, insurance, and capital markets. Duties and Responsibilities:- Architect and implement Oracle integration solutions on GCP using Oracle Databases@Google Cloud and Oracle Interconnect for Google Cloud. Lead migration of Oracle Databases, Oracle SOA Suite, Service Bus, and BPM Suite applications to GCP, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Provide Architectural designs for Oracle OCI on Google and Oracle OCI connected to Google Cloud Design and deploy secure, compliant, and resilient cloud architectures aligned with FS mandates (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, SOC-2). Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable DevOps, CI/CD, and automation for Oracle workloads on GCP. Optimize Oracle licensing via BYOL models and GCPs consumption-based pricing. Engage with clients to understand business drivers and translate them into technical solutions that accelerate product launches and innovation Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing Google Cloud opportunities in financial services accounts. Build and maintain strong relationships with client CTOs, CIOs, and other senior stakeholders. Collaborate with Google Cloud and Oracle teams to co-sell and co-develop solutions tailored to financial services. Lead client engagements from opportunity identification through proposal development and deal closure. Provide recommendations to clients with respect to cloud architectures and migrations. Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Oracle integration, with at least 3 years in cloud-native environments. Hands-on expertise with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Autonomous Database, and Oracle Data Safe. Understandomg of GCP services including Compute, Networking, IAM, DLP, and Security Command Center. Experience in financial services domain with knowledge of regulatory frameworks (RBI, GDPR, SOX). Proven ability to lead client engagements, manage stakeholders, and deliver complex cloud migration projects. Oracle and GCP certifications. Experience with AI/ML integration on Oracle data. Exposure to Anthos, Terraform, and Kubernetes in secure FS environments. Prior involvement in strategic alliances or co-developed offerings with Google or Oracle Experience with hybrid-cloud environments and cloud migration strategies. Ability to lead cross-functional teams including solution architects, engineers, and delivery leads. The base salary range for the tagged location is [ $106230 to $145000] annually- depending on relevant experience. This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.
