Take the next step in your career with us! This position leads a team of technicians and analysts to optimize warranty program performance across NextEra's renewable energy fleet. The role drives Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) accountability through strategic contract leverage, manages commercial resolution of critical defects and serial issues, and delivers executive-level reporting on warranty program metrics. Key responsibilities include ensuring comprehensive operational support for warrantable events, maximizing warranty contract value realization, and providing data-driven insights to executive leadership. Success requires strategic collaboration with Central Maintenance Planning & Execution, Business Services, Operations, and Integrated Supply Chain to deliver measurable improvements in fleet reliability and cost optimization. Responsibilities: Escalates top issues with OEMs and drives resolution Manages ClaimTrax our internal claim management system Supports operations in claim management from submission to approval Works with OEMs to drive targeted return to services times of down units Prepares and distributes monthly reports on warranty team metrics to leadership Supports End of Warranty Process and Serial Defect Negotiations with OEMs Collaborates effectively with colleagues from all departments Leads and executes process improvement projects using Six Sigma principles Manages internal controls processes and identifies and mitigates control weaknesses relating to month end deliverables Extracts, organizes, analyzes, and reports data in a manner that is useful and relevant for making business decisions Develops broad technical and communication skills through self-study and internal and external training opportunities Performs other job-related duties as assigned NextEra Energy offers a wide range of benefits to support our employees and their eligible family members.
