Project Manager – Construction

(Full-time, On-site 5 days/week)

They are seeking a motivated Project Manager to join their team and help lead exciting projects across commercial, residential, and/or industrial sectors.

Position Overview

The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all phases of construction projects from initiation through completion. This includes managing budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, schedule, and budget requirements are met.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  • Lead project meetings with clients, subcontractors, architects, and engineers.
  • Manage contracts, change orders, and project documentation.
  • Coordinate and supervise the work of subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor job site progress and enforce safety standards.
  • Identify and resolve issues, delays, and conflicts quickly and effectively.
  • Build strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the project.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to company leadership and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, permitting, and other regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 5+ years of project management experience in the construction industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency with project management software and MS Office; familiarity with Procore or similar tools a plus.
  • OSHA certification or knowledge of construction safety regulations preferred.
