Your new role
As an Assistant Project Manager, you’ll assist on interior commercial construction projects across the Baltimore, MD area. The sweet spot is projects between $800K–$1M, with experience in SCIF work, office spaces, and emerging interest in data centers. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple projects, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, and ensuring successful delivery from pre-construction through closeout.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in commercial construction projects. (Interiors experience is preferred)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects across Baltimore, Annapolis and Columbia MD
- Passion for continuous improvement and professional development
