S. as a Project Coordinator to support the operations of the Project Management team, ensuring strategic project execution and coordination. This position requires an individual who is a team player with strong inter-personal and organizational skills, effective attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve. This role reports directly to the PMO at Blum U.while following guidance that aligns with our corporate structure. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (such as business management or engineering). • 3-4 years of project management or leadership experience with a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget. • Experience with managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks to ensure timely completion. • Comprehension of various project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid). • Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Suite and project management software. Has enthusiasm for project management. • Serves as a point of contact for project management related functions. • Ability to focus while managing the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects. • Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, and motivate team members to achieve project goals. • Communicates effectively with team members in multiple departments, both verbally and in writing, to provide project updates and address concerns or questions. • Must have an eye for detail and a go-getter personality, ready to help synchronize all the project elements and make them operate successfully. • Coordinate and lead weekly team meetings, including agenda setting, meeting minutes, tracking action items, completing administrative tasks, and developing reports. • Proactive mindset, excellent customer service skills, well organized and results-oriented. • Demonstrates ability to identify problems and implement creative solutions. • Experience with Confluence and SharePoint. • Workshop facilitation or collaborative event coordination. • Quality management and continuous improvement experience. • Experience working with a project management office. • Experience with project budgeting and cost control. • Salaried position with paid overtime • Possible bonus opportunities • Health (Medical and Dental) • Flexible Spending plans to cover eligible out of pocket health, dental and vision expenses • Three weeks of vacation starting your second year on the job • Term life insurance equal to annual salary at no cost to employee • For more than 60 years Blum has been manufacturing superior quality hinge systems, drawer runners, and lift systems that create emotion and enhance user convenience in the kitchen.
