Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial and industrial projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and resources to ensure project success.
- Coordinate closely with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams.
- Review contracts, submittals, and change orders for accuracy and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards across all project phases.
- Mentor and support project engineers and other team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial or industrial construction.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management and scheduling software.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
