Manage office infrastructure projects (network, low-voltage cabling, AV/VC systems, ISP connectivity, security infrastructure) bridging between Real Estate/Workplace Services, IT, construction trades, and vendors. Drive end-to-end delivery — from design and bidding through commissioning and handover — while ensuring budget, risk management, and executive reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate across IT, construction, vendors, and corporate teams.
  • Manage design, implementation, and handover of ISP, cabling, AV/VC, and security systems .
  • Develop drawings/specifications and oversee procurement/budget.
  • Monitor schedules, risks, and project communications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong program/project management (PMP preferred).
  • Deep knowledge of architectural design and commercial construction processes .
  • Vendor management expertise (RFPs, bids, performance).
  • Familiarity with mechanical, power, cooling, capacity planning .
  • Ability to read construction/engineering plans .
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% (domestic/international).
