Job Details

The Senior Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The role requires leadership, financial management, and strong client relations to ensure delivery on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Manage subcontractors, field staff, and internal teams to meet project goals.
• Act as the main client point of contact to build and maintain strong relationships.
• Oversee financial performance including budgets, cost controls, and change orders.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, regulations, and quality procedures.
• Partner with estimating and preconstruction during bid and planning phases.
• Mentor and guide project engineers, assistant PMs, and junior staff.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a project management capacity.
• Proven ability to manage large-scale projects ($20M+ preferred).
• Expertise in scheduling, cost control, and contract administration.
• Proficiency with construction management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar).
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.
