Position: Reconstruction Project Manager
Industry:Restoration and Mitigation
Location: Carrollton Texas
Company Overview:
Our client, a leader in the restoration and Mitigation industry, is seeking a highly organized and professional Project Manager with extensive experience in Reconstruction, specifically with residential projects. This role does not require travel, allowing the candidate to focus on local projects and team management. Restoration XP utilizes Super Subs to run the reconstruction projects allowing the PMs to manage one sub opposed to multiple trades.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Oversee and manage reconstruction projects from initiation to completion.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
Technical Proficiency:
- Utilize and adapt quickly to industry-specific software including Procore, Xactimate, and Symbility and Docusketch.
- Employ additional tools such as Procore. Must have worked in any type of CRM
Organizational Skills:
- Maintain thorough project documentation and records.
- Implement and monitor project schedules, resources, and workflows.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
Client and Team Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, adjusters, and internal teams.
- Lead project meetings and facilitate effective communication among all stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Experience:
- Proven experience in Reconstruction, specifically with residential projects.
- Strong background in project management within the restoration industry.
- Familiarity with Procore, Xactimate, and Symbility, or a demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to new technology. Just need to read them not but if you can read and write that would be a plus.
Skills:
- Highly organized with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
- Professional demeanor with strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficient in using project management software and tools such as Procore, Encircle, and Salesforce
Education:
- Relevant certification or degree in project management, construction management, or a related field is preferred.
