Key Responsibilities

  • Document all interactions with customers accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
  • Assist with technical support inquiries, guiding customers through troubleshooting steps.
  • Analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and call center technology is preferred.
