Title: Inpatient Social Worker or Therapist

Location: Pocatello, ID - Onsite at hospital in the BHAT (Behavioral health assessment team located in the ED).

Hours: 8-10 hour day shifts M-F. On-call required.

Rate: $38/hr

As PMC’s Inpatient Social Worker, your focus will be on the 3Cs: Care, Community, and Compliance.

• Care: Provide social service functions, including assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning, and case management for patients and families.
• Community: Educate patients and families on illness signs, symptoms, and disease management to prevent re-hospitalization. Work with kindness and accountability to improve quality of life.
• Compliance: Develop and coordinate therapeutic program services on the behavioral health unit.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in social work or related counseling field from an accredited institution.
• Licensure in Social Work or Counseling recognized by the state (e.g., LISW, LCSW, LPC, LMFT).
