Beast Health designs and manufactures premium blenders that help people prioritize health. We’re seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead brand strategy and execution at Beast Health. This role combines strategy, storytelling, and operational delivery. You’ll shape how our brand shows up in the world—from campaigns and partnerships to social storytelling and content experiences. You’ll work cross-functionally with designers, content strategists, and social media marketing associates to bring creative campaigns to life and strengthen our cultural relevance. Responsibilities
Brand Leadership & Strategy Own and evolve the Beast Health brand narrative, voice, and positioning. Develop and execute integrated brand marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and community growth. Translate business objectives into compelling brand strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. Partnerships & Influencer Marketing Identify, build, and manage strategic brand partnerships and influencer relationships that expand reach and credibility. Oversee campaign development, contract negotiations, and performance measurement for partnerships. Leverage insights to optimize influencer activations and co-branded initiatives. Collaborate with designers, content strategists, and social media marketing associates to build a dynamic marketing + content calendar across channels. Drive creative ideation and ensure content aligns with brand tone, aesthetic, and strategic priorities. Partner with cross-functional teams (product, sales, web development, PR) to ensure consistent brand execution. Measurement & Insights Track and analyze performance of brand campaigns, influencer partnerships, and content initiatives. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize strategy. Qualifications
5+ years of brand management or marketing experience, preferably in consumer lifestyle, health, wellness, or CPG. Proven track record of building and scaling brand campaigns that drive measurable impact. Experience leading influencer programs and managing external partnerships. Strong creative + storytelling instincts and ability to collaborate with designers, content creators, and agencies. Exceptional verbal + written communication skills. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
