*We are seeking attorney candidates with at least 5 years of continuous civil defense litigation experience in California* in the areas of business (_i.e._, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud, bad faith, shareholder derivative, unfair business practices) and/or labor and employment litigation.

_*Base *_*salary range is $195,000 to $250,000* (based on experience), plus *(1)* a competitive monthly bonus structure, *(2) *an origination bonus structure, and *(3) *a full array of benefits including health and dental insurance, 401K, MCLE, bar dues, and the flexibility of working in-office in Class-A Space in Irvine, and remotely.

*Responsibilities include:*
* Conduct thorough factual and legal research using Westlaw and other relevant sources and platforms in support of case strategy. * Draft legal documents and pleadings with excruciating attention to detail and precision, while ensuring consistency and compliance with relevant legal authorities. * Engage in litigation activities, including drafting and responding to pleadings, propounding and responding to discovery, taking and defending party, third-party and expert witness depositions, law and motion court appearances, and trial work. * Collaborate with colleagues and clients to develop case strategies and provide legal advice.
