Responsibilities

Build copilot / chatbot experiences in tools such as Moveworks and Glean. Conduct prompt engineering analysis and troubleshooting, proposing and applying enhancements. Create and update new automations using tools such as Okta Workflows, Workato, and Zapier. Develop and troubleshoot Python scripts. Maintain existing workflows and automations. Maintain various integrations required for automation to function. Monitor and manage application licenses, including license reprovisioning automations. Collaborate on designing and implementing automation solutions. Support each other in the ideation and creation of technical designs. Ensure the seamless integration and maintenance of automation tools and workflows. Work closely with other departments to understand and fulfill automation needs. Team & Collaboration

Strong API experience. Proficient in Python. Proven ability to technically design and present solutions to customer requests, including providing recommendations. Ability to support other team members in design ideation and creation. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Preferred Skills

Experience with Moveworks and Glean. Familiarity with Okta Workflows, Workato, and Zapier. Experience with AI development. Cloud infrastructure knowledge such as GCP or AWS. Knowledge of Google Workspace People, Benefits & Culture
