We’re looking for a
Senior Brand Manager
to join our Brand Management team — a group of innovators, strategists, and problem-solvers who thrive on building businesses. You’ll have full ownership of a portfolio of 5–6 brand partners, acting as both a trusted advisor and growth driver.
What You'll Do Here
Own client partnerships – Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, serving as their day-to-day lead and trusted advisor.
Lead the business – Take full ownership of your brands’ P&Ls, identifying key opportunities to grow revenue and profitability.
Turn data into growth – Analyse performance daily, interpret market signals, and act quickly to capture opportunities and mitigate risks.
Drive cross-functional collaboration – Partner with internal teams to develop clear, data-backed briefs and lead initiatives across pricing, promotions, operations, creative, and media.
Plan for success – Develop and optimise annual growth plans, marketing strategies, and roadmaps that exceed sales and profitability targets.
Innovate constantly – Stay ahead of category trends, competitors, and consumer behaviour to deliver fresh ideas and strategic recommendations.
Lead the work – Oversee deliverables from planning through execution, collaborating with Project Managers, content creators and creatives.
Champion the flywheel – Demonstrate deep understanding of the e-commerce ecosystem, including Amazon, Walmart, Target, Shopify, and D2C.
Communicate with impact – Provide clear reporting, insights, and recommendations to clients and internal leadership through weekly updates, QBRs, and strategic presentations.
We Need a Person With
Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise effectively, and deliver results.
Strong communicator and relationship builder, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Creative problem-solver with entrepreneurial spirit, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with retail media, full-funnel advertising, and digital marketplaces.
Collaborate with and coach junior team members, supporting their professional growth.
4–6 years’ experience managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central accounts (Walmart WFS and Target experience a plus).
3–4 years’ Amazon Advertising (search or display) expertise.
Strong analytical skills and high proficiency with Excel.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Asana or other time/project management programs is a plus.
Compensation
Salary: $90,000 - $100,000 (commensurate with experience and geographic location)
Annual Bonus: TBD
Compensation will be commensurate with experience. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical insurance, dental insurance, and vision insurance; a flexible spending account; voluntary life and accident plans; and a 401(k) retirement plan with matching. Our headquarters is based in San Diego, California, with additional offices in Covington, Kentucky, Denver, Colorado, Nashville, Tennessee and Charleston, South Carolina. We’re seeking local candidates (or those open to relocation) who are able to work collaboratively with us in one of our offices; however, based on business needs and unique job functions, some roles may be eligible for remote work. (Bonus points if you’re bilingual in Spanish and/or Portuguese.)
