Senior Brand Manager , All Other Brands (AOB) to lead our Soap & Glory, Botanics and Liz Earle brand marketing. The Senior Brand Manager, All Other Brands (AOB) is a key role in the organization responsible for planning and executing all brand programs for the North America market in support of the brand strategy and P&L with 360 marketing responsibility with especial focus on social, digital, affiliate and shopper marketing. This is a critical role responsible for shaping brands voices, growing awareness, and driving customer acquisition in the US through innovative, data-driven marketing initiatives. The Senior Brand Manager will need to be a strong business partner to Global Marketing, Commercial/Account Management, Finance, Supply Chain, and external agencies. Responsibilities Partner with global and local cross functional teams to develop the annual brand plans that achieves the financial commitments for the region. Responsible for the delivery of the brands Integrated Activity Plan, in partnership with commercial/account management teams, media and PR teams, insights and category management, and the Global Marketing teams. Build and manage the brand marketing calendar, inclusive of new product launches, education and in store events, creative and media campaigns, talent / influencer programs, PR and media events and programs. Lead all agency briefings for annual brand plans and campaigns; manage full execution of all campaigns. Develop 360 product launch strategies with strong emphasis on brand messages, visuals, social media, content, affiliate and influencer partnerships. Own the development and execution of organic and paid social & digital strategy and content (e.g. Instagram, Tiktok, Amazon, etc) in collaboration with agency and internal partners. Responsible for marketing presentations and materials for internal and external usage. Responsible for brand sales tracking and performance analyses; conduct competitive analyses to inform product innovation, campaign management, and price/promotional activities in store. Manage, develop, and coach Assistant Brand Manager on team towards career goals and objectives. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with a proven track record of scaling digital campaigns, managing influencer and affiliate partnerships, and leading cross-functional initiatives that drive brand equity and performance.

Qualifications

5-7 years experience of experience in brand management or digital marketing, preferably in a consumer-facing industry (CPG, beauty, fashion, tech, etc.). Experience in social media strategy and content creation. Demonstrated success managing influencer and/or affiliate campaigns with measurable impact. Passion for innovation, trends and consumer behavior. Strong strategic, analytical, and quantitative skills Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to coach and develop a direct report and foster a collaborative, high performance culture with partners and stakeholders. Strong project management skills. Organization, attention to detail and prioritization skills are must. Self-Starter attitude, entrepreneurial spirit, and ability to move quickly in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
