Data Entry Clerk
We are seeking a dedicated Data Entry Clerk to join our team in an office setting. This role involves clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and auditing paperwork within a small team of 4-5 coworkers. Training, conducted by the head of the department, is expected to take one to two weeks during normal shift hours (8 am-4:30 pm, Monday to Friday). Responsibilities
View and audit maintenance repair updates provided by maintenance workers. Enter data into internal and customer ERP systems, including SCEPTRE and Concourse. File paperwork and manage office clerical work. Oversee and support data entry activities throughout the aircraft maintenance process. Conduct audits to ensure maintenance records and documentation are accurate and compliant. Assist in preparing and validating aircraft maintenance packages and associated forms. Coordinate with internal teams and external customers to meet reporting and compliance obligations. Track open items, resolve discrepancies, and ensure completion of transactions. Essential Skills
Proficiency in data entry and filing. Strong communication and organization skills. Experience with Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions. Professional interpersonal skills for interaction across departments and with external customers. Additional Skills & Qualifications
Inventory management experience. Administrative skills with a focus on data integrity. Work Environment
Our facility is a newer one with a friendly culture and a growing client base. The work environment can be chilly or hot depending on the season, so appropriate clothing is recommended. The workspace is clean, well-lit, and organized. Required attire includes closed-toed shoes, steel-toed boots, gym shoes, or work boots, along with jeans without rips or tears and comfortable work shirts. Available shifts include 3:30 pm
Midnight, Sunday to Thursday. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
