Location: Downtown Nashville Reports To: Property Manager / Building Supervisor Position Overview The Day Shift Concierge is the welcoming face of the building, providing exceptional service and support to residents, guests, and vendors during daytime hours. This role balances hospitality, security awareness, and operational coordination in a luxury high-rise environment. Ideal for individuals who thrive on multitasking, clear communication, and creating a positive first impression.
