Inventory Data Entry Clerk
$17-$19/hr an hour depending on experience LHH is seeking candidates for an exciting returns clerk role with a data entry twist for a fast growing company in the heart of Albuquerque! Our ideal candidate would enjoy working in a warehouse environment along side with some data processing and administration assignments. Ideally, we are looking for someone who does not want to sit down at a desk all day but still gets to assist with administration duties and tasks. Hours: M-F 7am - 3:30pm Responsibilities: Processing returns Organizing parts Keep track of all inventory Provide clear expectations when ordering new supplies, parts or items Manage email boxes associated with order receiving Shipping and receiving Order fulfillment Tracking orders Storing & distributing of materials, parts, supplies and equipment Interface with clients via phone and email Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and reporting data reconciliation Electronically process orders Unpacks and checks received goods Properly reject damaged returns Maintain records of merchandise shipped Inspects stock Final quality control Post weights and shipping charges Inventory control Coordinates inbound and outbound carrier activity for freight Assist supervisor with material requests and upcoming demand Requirements: Highschool diploma or GED Able to work on your feet for half the day At least one-year warehouse/delivery driving and at least 6 months administrative experience Please apply today!
