Accounts Receivable Specialist

Maintains customer T&V (tolls & violations) AR and T&R (title & registration) AR over 30+ days past due by defined OKR key impact results. Works with management, NetSuite, and Oracle Fusion to determine criteria for automated dunning notifications and other projects. Engages with Account managers, cash apps, billing, and accounting teams to collaborate on strategies to improve operation effectiveness and AR aging balances. Leads bi-monthly collection meetings and provides prepared bi-monthly AR status touchpoint reports and AR Large client focus escalation reports. Tracks client VIN disputes on client aging spreadsheets and coordinates responses, corrections, and revisions with Account Management, Billing teams, and Accounting. Communicates with clients on payment requests, to address concerns and to provide invoice copies or backup, and an updated aging report. Assists with vendor form completion requests, working with Treasury to obtain approval and signature on forms. Responds to W9 requests and works with legal to obtain yearly signed W9 copies. Updates the accounting system client account changes in email contacts for statement deliveries. Responds to individual Account Management requests for client balances, payment statuses, and invoice copies. Responsible for monitoring and replying to emails in the CSBilling shared mailbox. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Associate or bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business preferred or equivalent related work experience. 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivables required. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills: ability to analyze using Pivot Tables required. MS Access or SQL knowledge is highly preferred. Experience with detailed level invoicing in ERP systems. NetSuite/Oracle experience is highly preferred. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
