Rota Nanny Position

A discreet family in Los Angeles, CA, is seeking two superlative ROTA nannies for their 6-month-old, starting after Labor Day/mid-September. The schedule will be 2 weeks on/off (this may flex a little when the family travels), and a guest house will be provided to candidates on duty. Candidates should live out when they are off-duty. Fly-in/fly-out will be considered for exceptional candidates who are preferably based in CA. This is a fully-staffed, high-end but informal household. The family values privacy and professionalism, and candidates should be comfortable signing an NDA. Responsibilities

Provide exceptional care for the child, ensuring safety and well-being Be willing to tag-team/collaborate with mom, who is SAH and will be in and out of the home throughout the day All typical nursery duties will apply - managing baby's laundry, keeping play areas tidy, keeping on top of supplies, removing old toys/wardrobe items that no longer fit, etc. Run small errands, as time permits (grocery store, dry cleaning, pharmacy pick up, etc.) Design a schedule of activities (inside and outside the home) that foster creativity, help the child master fine and gross motor skills, language, numbers, etc. Travel (mostly domestically) with the family, e.g., to Florida (4 x per year), the Hamptons (for 1 x month in the Summer), Mexico, etc. Qualifications

Must have at least 8 years' verifiable experience Have a clean driving record and current license, and be comfortable driving in L.A Candidates should have an educational background in Child Development/ECE or another relevant field. Former teachers, Educators, Governesses, and seasoned candidates with decades of relevant experience, superlative references, and longevity are also welcome to apply Additional skills, such as languages, the ability to play a musical instrument, or specific sports, etc. are highly desirable Requirements

US passport, Green Card, or EAC Must be experienced and confident travelers with babies/children (and well-versed in packing and organization) Be calm, easygoing, low-key, polished, poised, and composed Be able to read the room - know when to step up and step back when the family is having intimate family moments Candidates must be CPR/First Aid certified and be non-smokers Candidates must be up to date on all childhood vaccinations (especially RSV) Candidates must be passport-ready and willing to travel (mostly domestically) Must be Trustline registered (or willing to register ASAP) Must be pet-friendly - the family has a small, friendly dog Available to start mid-September Salary and Benefits

$150-160k DOE + full benefits, including medical, dental, and vision.
