VIP Event Staff (Howard Homecoming)

Fierce Staffing Services is actively seeking to hire professional Brand Ambassadors and Event Staff for an exclusive VVIP event during Howard University Homecoming in Washington, D.C. This activation is for a high-profile client and requires team members who demonstrate professional presentation, polished appearance, and prior experience in brand representation, modeling, or similar public-facing roles. To ensure alignment with client expectations, applicants must provide recent professional headshots prior to final selection. Headshots will be reviewed solely to confirm a professional presentation that reflects the standards of the event. Event Details Training (Mandatory): Tuesday, October 21, 2025 (4 hours; alternates trained as well) Event Dates: Wednesday, October 22

Saturday, October 25, 2025 Shift Times: Will be provided after hiring. Requesting open availability on event days. Location: Washington, D.C. (Howard University Homecoming) Compensation: $27.50 Staff Roles Needed Event Supervisor (1)

Manage on-site staff scheduling, breaks, and event logistics Communicate with Fierce Staffing leadership and client representatives Support real-time adjustments as needed

General Event Staff (10)

Assist with guest interactions, event flow, line management, and premium experience delivery Project polished professionalism and maintain strong guest service standards Support the activation team in a variety of event roles

Candidate Requirements Previous experience in event staffing, promotional modeling, guest services, or brand ambassadorship strongly preferred Must submit a current professional headshot (used only to confirm professional presentation and alignment with event brand standards) Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a high-profile, fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism Must attend mandatory training on October 21 and be available October 2225 Equal Opportunity Statement Fierce Staffing Services is an equal opportunity employer.
