Recruitment Assistant

Springpoint at Home is seeking a Recruitment Assistant to join our team! Springpoint at Home is located in Monroe, NJ. At Springpoint the Recruitment Assistant is responsible for supporting the Administrator and Human Resources in the overall operation of recruitment and office activities in accordance with policies and procedures, forms, confidentiality, etc. Responsibilities: Prioritizes and coordinate clerical assignments to meet established deadlines. Assumes special projects and/or assignments as requested with minimum supervision. Types reports, letters, memos and file all documentation as required. Makes Xerox copies and fax as required. Coordinate internal and external hiring activities. Source candidates by utilizing Springpoint's ATS software as well as through other recruitment channels. Send follow-up communications via email and phone to potential job candidates. Produce, maintain, and update reports for vacant and filled job positions. Perform background checks and conduct reference checks for new hires. Submit requests for job postings through the company's ATS software. Track candidates during the full-cycle recruitment and pre-employment process. Help with resume screening and initial phone screens. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent, Recent College Graduate preferred. Proven experience as Recruitment Assistant or other recruiting-related role. Familiarity with hiring practices and stages (screening, interviewing, assessment, onboarding).
