Executive Assistant
ScottMadden is seeking a confident and collaborative executive assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our partners. This is a role for someone who thrives on problem-solving; takes the initiative; and brings a welcoming, can-do attitude to every interaction. The ideal candidates will be located near our Raleigh, NC or Atlanta, GA office, as Executive Assistants are expected to be in the office at least twice a week. Responsibilities include: Producing polished, high-quality presentations, client deliverables, RFPs, proposals, and marketing materials, to include editing, formatting, and proofing responsibilities. Organizing and completing accurate, timely, and complex executive time and expense reports under a strict deadline. Representing the partner for sponsor, project team, and external support needs, including scheduling meetings; entering project budgets; participating in marketing initiatives; and collaborating with internal departments for related concerns, etc. Drafting correspondence and managing communications on behalf of partners. Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements. Coordinating meetings and activities from small groups to firm-wide events. Serving as a liaison for firm operations and vendor relationships. Navigating and supporting firm technology platforms and applications. Knowledgeable of the firm's customer engagement and business center applications and intranet content. Monitoring and supporting day-to-day office needs. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint); experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred.
