We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately entering, managing, and maintaining data in various systems while supporting cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook, along with exceptional attention to detail, is essential for success in this role. Responsibilities: Validate customer details and authorization to communicate code changes and assignments. Work directly with on-site customer representatives to initiate connection sequences in the store. Evaluate alarm panel data in MASterMind and understand different panels used by various customers to correctly process code changes. Process a minimum of 8 code changes per shift-hour. Input, verify, and manage high volumes of data into internal systems and databases with accuracy. Organize and maintain electronic and paper files, ensuring all data is up-to-date and easily accessible. Use Excel to compile, sort, and analyze data for reporting and tracking purposes. Monitor and manage incoming communications via Outlook, coordinating responses and follow-ups as needed. Support various departments with data-related tasks and administrative duties. Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and check output. Prepare and generate reports as required by management. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to data security protocols. Essential Skills: 1 to 2 years of data entry or administrative experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience with data entry in ERP, CRM, or similar business systems. Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or SharePoint is a plus. Work Environment: The service center is nice and clean with friendly people. Work hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
